Debt Repayment Strategies - Part 1

Paying off debt sucks. Yes it is fun seeing the figures going down but overall it sucks, especially when you know you still have weeks/months/years to go until your debt free. My debt repayment is an all consuming thought. I spend a lot of time thinking about how I am going to clear my debt and analysing my spending.

Frugal Fitness Update

So....Frugal Fitness is not going very well. This is mostly due to the fact that I have been acting like the image.

Link Love!

I have read so many great personal finance posts over the past couple of weeks so I thought I would share a few of my favourites with you.

In no particular order, they are:-

1. Stefanie at The Broke and Beautiful Life discussed her Ukrainian heritage and how we learn about finance from our family (the latter to shortly be a blog post from myself).

2. Nikki at Debt Busting Chick told the world what she wants for her future.

3. Kate at Domestic Goddessing On a Shoestring divulged her thrifty recipe for my fave, Cottage Pie! (I seriously cannot get enough of cottage pie, mine is amazing - I may share the recipe one day...)

4. Lyn at Mrs Mummy Penny wrote a great article about her experience under the new UK mortgage rules.

5. Kassandra at More Than Just Money wrote about de-cluttering and included an awesome infographic which detailed the amount of 'stuff' people have had over the years. Hoarding is a subject close to my heart. I use to be such a hoarder but since I moved a couple of years ago, I love getting rid of things!

6. Finally, Hayley at Tea Party Beauty wrote about the 1990's looks that we hope will not return!! This is not a personal finance post, but it made me wistfully dream of my teenage years therefore it is going to get a mention!!

If you have a post that you think I should read, or you would like to guest post here, hit me up on Twitter or use the contact form via the Contact tab.
